|Recommended: NoMany concerns — The leasing office staff is not responsive. Matt closes the office whenever he likes and the portal no longer offers the features to take of things outside of it. Parking was already horribly limited then they decided to take the open ones for reserve and guest. There’s not even 1 parking spot for each unit. The master bedroom isn’t built to receive adequate air in this Texas heat and they offer no solutions. Then they updated the portal to charge me to pay them, as if that makes any sense.
The only good is that the units are pretty big and the new maintenance guy, Mr. Eddie, does a great job of educating me on maintenance issues.
I wouldn’t dare sign another lease here. I am utterly dissatisfied with the property and its lack of management.

The office remains open during scheduled hours, with brief closures only during the lunch period. If there were other instances where the office was closed unexpectedly, please let us know.
