Pet Policy – Legacy At
Crowley
We are proud to be a
pet-friendly community and welcome responsible pet ownership! To ensure
the comfort and safety of all residents, we ask that all pet owners
follow the guidelines below:
General Rules

A maximum of two (2) dogs per apartment

Dogs must not exceed [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs] at full maturity.

Certain aggressive breeds or mixes thereof may be restricted. This includes but is not limited to:
Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, and Wolf hybrids. -
Breed restrictions may be subject to change at management’s discretion.

Pets must be leashed and under control at all times when outside your unit.

Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly in designated areas.

Pets may not be left unattended on patios or balconies.

Excessive noise, aggression, or disturbances caused by pets may result in revocation of pet privileges.

Management reserves the right to deny or revoke pet approval based on behavior, size, or other concerns deemed disruptive to the community.
