Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?
We have a grace until the 3rd and then late fee would apply.

All units have washer dryer connections. You may lease units from us as well.

We have public sidewalks right in front of the complex.

2 pets maxium up to 55 pounds
What is the parking situation? What about guest parking?
Register your vehicle and you can park at any open spot that's not reserved. We have designated vistor parking areas.

After 10 pm daily
What decorations or changes to the apartment are prohibited?
You are resposible to return the unit in the same condition that you recieved it at move in.

Are there restrictions for what can be put on balconies or patios?
City ordinace doesn't allow open flames or grills. You must keep your patio/ baloncies clean with no debri.
What is the procedure for moving in/out?
Will be explained during the leasing process

4 miles from South Park park and ride. 16 miles from Fort Worth bus station. 36 miles from DFW International Airport.
What schools are in the area?
Deer Creek Elementary, Richard Allie Middle School, Crowley High School, and there are private and charter school options available.
